The Regalgrid Group’s integrated energy services are provided through its associated company, Cogenera Italia. We have developed a range of innovative, participatory, distributed, sustainable and scalable business modelsbased on the development of CER Ready photovoltaic systems installed on rooftops and on privately or publicly owned land, and integrated into distributed self-consumption schemes and Renewable Energy Communities (RECs). We can invest directly in these projects or act as a partner in co-investment initiatives.

We are a technical, financial and management partner

Our services are designed for anyone who owns land or a building and wants to enhance the value of their asset while diversifying their investment. We finance and develop photovoltaic systems through as-a-service or rental models, both for on-site self-consumption and for feeding the generated energy into the grid. The systems we develop are always considered within the framework of the distributed self-consumption schemes and Renewable Energy Communities managed by the Group.

We provide Global Energy Services

We work with investment funds and energy operators interested in co-investing in complex projects involving distributed and virtualized Energy Communities and distributed renewable energy self-consumption schemes. We support our partners as a single point of contact, managing every stage of the project, from the development of energy generation assets to energy management and the management of diverse groups of users.

Through a truly integrated approach, we provide end-to-end renewable energy management in every project, from production to consumption, acting both as a photovoltaic system developer and as an energy manager.

Energy becomes participatory through blockchain technology

Through our investment models and blockchain technology, we enable a participatory approach to energy. We facilitate the adoption of innovative financial solutions, such as the purchase of shares in photovoltaic systems, and enable co-investment opportunities in renewable energy assets. We can also uniquely trace the origin of the energy consumed, enhance the value of energy credits or CO₂ credits, and balance the value of RID within a group of consumers.
